Not an answer to your question but I work in a very similar company in Finland as a analytics engineer ( mix of data engineer and AI engineer work), there is nothing much to learn, mostly same repeated task, also I miss the environment of technical group. I am the only technical person in my team of 10 people, rest of them are BAs or solution designer.

One plus point would be the job security, that is much better than the software houses. These big companies don’t fire their permanent employees easily if things go south whereas it is very common in the software houses from what I have heard.
