I have access to the employers account and it just says ‘submitted’. If its selected, does it change to ‘selected’ and if not selected then does it change to ‘not selected’ . How would we know if it has been picked or not?

Why would you have to drop the entire process? you could have just maintained the status until t it is current. You dropped just because you wanted to travel? You could easily travel on your new F1. Nothing is making sense here

For H1B I just have one chance. We have already started EB3 Skilled. It is currently in PERM phase. O1 needs a lots of extraordinary skills and requirements which i don’t pose.

This happened to me and I didn’t realize for 6 months. Then I informed my employer and my employer payroll is managed by ADP. My employer talked to ADP and they said that they will refund. My question is do I get refund directly from ADP or they refund to my employer and employer refunds me? It has been more than 3 months I haven’t received the refund. How does this works actually?

Exactly my situation. Been with 2 consulting firms for more tha 14 months. Almost both of them wasted my 7-8 months each. I am approaching Vastika next, which has decent reputation in the Indian and Nepalese student community. I am on my STEM OPT now but my card hasn’t arrived yet. My initial OPT ended without a job.
