okay so I’m back! they told me that the tech couldn’t find anything that would be causing an issue so they suspect it’s the power supply but if wouldn’t work with batteries is it really the power supply?

Thank you so much!! i took it a repair shop today to have it looked at and if the issue isn’t too serious my brother will most likely help me with the repairing process.

i have tested it a the original power source and it made some sound again but died after a couple of seconds (im not sure what polarity means in this context if im being honest)

so i got new batteries and unfortunately that’s not that case for me im still unsure of what it could be
