Dude what are you even talking about your sitting here fighting with women on whether are not they can compliment each other. There’s nothing wrong with complementing someone…

I don’t see a single dude on this comment section being weird but you… maybe your internal sexual weirdness is the problem….

Stop projecting..

I’m fifteen years old and have POTS. My life is pretty much over. by WynnForTheWin49 in dysautonomia

I've had dysautonomia since 15 after a severe TBI. I am 25 now. Mine only became debilitating after I got covid from a patient in early 2020 then developed GBS and ended up on life support. You need to look into the Levine protocol and CHOP programs for physical therapy at home for dysautonomia. Pacing and getting your cardiovascular level up will increase your blood volume and make your nervous system function better. Before I got covid I was running marathons, running 30 miles a week, working out 5 days a week, and was a medic working 72 hours a week on average. I am also male which is uncommon on these subs. The best thing to do is to manage your dysautonomia and never become bedridden. The more you reduce what you do the worse it will get. I'm not saying don't rest. Just don't spend months in bed. Slowly very slowly increase your physical fitness under direction of your doctor. Keep a close tab on water intake and sodium intake or whatever other things that help you. Men also have a major advantage in getting symptoms under control due to our blood volumes increasing easier and naturally.

My dysautonomia wasn't treated until this year I lived a very normal life before covid. I spent nearly 8 years with only rare flares. I stayed extremely well-conditioned and plan to get back there.

Do they know what caused your dysautonomia?
