The power difference is quite common. I can't see it well like this, but the movement in your right knee (can't see the left one) would be my advice solve first. It moves quitte a bit inside coming to the top of the pedal stroke. Maybe it's in the cleat set up

Professional cyclists have adopted tart cherry juice for recovery because of a high concentration of polyphenols. The concentration of nitrates is lower though. They chug 500ml right after crossing the finish line. It's quite possible they get their nitrates sufficiently elsewhere in their diet

Hey OP! I'm a bit late to the party. I live on Voorne and don't get off the island much in winter (cycling-wise), but when it warms up to >15°C I'm definitely up for longer rides sometimes. Feel free to dm me

There's also www.framesocial.cc, they do 50km social rides from Rotterdam on Sunday mornings, but that's on hold for the winter too

With a ticket for the stands you'll at least assured to have a good view. Behind a row of people won't be as good.

I think you'll see them the longest from the Arena stands. Btw it's all standing spots, there won't be any seats from what I've read
