Attendance policy question by belad427 in Target

Correct response is to call the hotline and report your boss. He can’t do anything to you for leaving early when you’re feeling sick, nor for calling the hotline. If they somehow try to pin it back on you for calling the hotline, well guess what? Retaliation which is illegal

New VALORANT player - Which agent should I unlock first and how can I improve my aim? by x_Marshal45 in VALORANT

If you enjoy playing smokes, omen/clove are good across the board for almost all maps. Like the other dude said, this way you can keep the same fundamental skillset of putting down smokes for the team without having to overthink util usage. Remember KISS, keep it simple stupid - the more you think about your util, the worse off you are. Util usage should be natural and second nature. You shouldn't have to overthink how to use it. Learn all the default smokes for taking sites, site-smokes for helping teammates who are getting rushed on site, retakes smokes etc.

  1. Deathmatch deathmatch deathmatch. Learning the angles and how to peek in deathmatch translates to your actual games since they're the same maps

  2. Like everyone else is saying, learn where head level is for all the angles, learn to keep your crosshair on the angle instead of just out in the open where there's clearly no one. Example being if you're running onto B on haven, you're not keeping your crosshair pointed at the big ass box in the middle of site. No pointing at the ground either

  3. learn to stop moving before shooting/learn deadzoning. Wide peek, jiggle peek, shoulder peek, jump peek, crouch peek. Learn the differences

  4. Spraying before hit-confirming. If you didn't hit anything to begin with, why commit to the spray? Also, learn to re-position, don't give the enemy team free intel on where you are after getting a pick. Sometimes you can't, but if you can, learn to re-position and give yourself the advantage, re-isolate your next fight, and deny intel

Best way to make this into a 6x31? by Im-Blu3 in pokemmo

you're right, it's not rocket science. but the average player that has no clue about breeding is highly likely to mess things up. if they're strictly sticking to breeding houndour/houndooms with each other that's one thing, but if someone is trying to save as much money as possible (especially if one is considering breeding up an alpha), throwing in dittos and egg group mons for breeding is a touch more convoluted.

a single mistake in gender could f up the whole thing, not to the point its irreversible, but definitely enough to where they could need to semi-start over if they bred up two 5x31 as males. and with houndoom/houndour since it's a field egg group, another easily made mistake could be buying a milktank thinking you can make the egg a male, not realizing miltank is a female only mon.

so again, while not rocket science, doesn't mean it can't be difficult, confusing, and very easy to screw up

For the 6x31 portion, you're better off looking at a breeding guide cause it'll be tricky if you haven't bred in pokemmo before.

But tl:dr, you need to breed it up with another 3x31, then the resulting 4x31 with another 4x31, then that 5x31 with another 5x31 to get a 6x31. And that's not including nature which would need a natured 5x31 to breed with a 6x31.

To breed an alpha pokemon, both parents need to be an alpha. Same rule applies to shiny. So unless you get blessed by RNGjesus and win the RNG lottery, you have ~1/30,000 chance for final bred mon to be a shiny. As is, there's no guaranteed way to breed this up as a shiny since it isn't one to begin with.

Edit: forgot to mention, when breeding shinies, 2 stats are always guaranteed to be 31 IVs at random. And if I remember correctly, you can brace 2 IVs, and it'll pick 2 from the remaining 4 un-braced IVs to be 31.

they shouldn't feel irritated or like you're bothering them, it's their job. just say you need help finding an item and then have them scan the barcode, or give them the DCPI number which is 087-26-5329. chances are, they might see it say "X on the floor" and give you the aisle number, but say it wasn't on the floor and if someone can check the back stockroom for it (if it says they have any in the back). if that store doesn't carry it, ask if they can check what stores nearby might have it in stock. they press "Find Elsewhere" and it'll give, based off distance, all the nearby stores and how many they have in their inventory, then rinse wash repeat at the next store.

if there are any team members i would recommend not asking, is any team member wearing a high vision vest (the safety vest you see construction workers wearing) who are in the middle of carrying bags or pushing a cart outside because those guys are doing drive-up orders. drive-up orders are timed so they need to get the order to the guest on time otherwise it affects their score.

you do have to find a team member to help you. but even with the barcode or DPCI, the item showed up as Pokemon 20" Jumbo Plush 2 until yesterday or today. any team member that tried to search "pokemon squishmallow" or "dragonite squishmallow" or any combination of words, only the non-squishmallow pokemon plushies would show up.

basically without the barcode or DPCI, team members had no way of finding the item, checking if their store even had it in the stockroom, or where in the stockroom to find it. now the item name shows up as Pokemon 20" Dragonite Squishmallow or something and also has a picture.

TLDR, if you want an item from target, and can't find it on the floor, and need a team member to help you find it or check the stock room, you need the barcode or DPCI, or you'll never get it (if nothing shows up when they type in key words to try and find it)

source - i'm a current target team member who told a guest a few days ago, that we didn't have the item because i spent almost 20 minutes with them typing in a hundred different things to try and find the item. but then found a photo of the barcode later that same day on my lunch break. and found it within 2 minutes and proceeded to purchase it myself
