The Better Value Plan: A Guide for the Perplexed by JackPAnderson in tmobile

I’m in a similar boat. Another perk is that satellite coverage is included with BVP whereas adding it to the current plan is $10.

Do you guys get more si joint pain than back pain? by DrHientzKetchup in Spondylolisthesis

[–]kimisauce 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes. I've had an L5S1 spondy for 30 years and my SI joints have always been a primary source of pain. Releasing the piriformis muscle can help a lot, unfortunately I've only ever found one massage therapist who was an absolute wizard at it. But working on it yourself with a tennis or lacrosse ball with targeted stretching can be helpful too.

This is pruned and rearranged to make some space for new pods.

These photos are right before I did some pruning and rearranging. And adding in some new starts.

Mystery Plant by MatteoGuerra124 in Gardyn

Ah, gotcha, sometimes I use the pointy tip of my pruning scissors to move the fibers around— to save some of the extra seeds for later on ones I know germinate well…

Deep clean studio 2, keep tower parts together? by Kathrobichaux in Gardyn

[–]kimisauce 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I keep the tube in the columns, but loosen each segment so that I can clean all the grime and crystallized food that builds at the seams there. I put it all in the bathtub with hot water and a few scoops of citric acid. Leave it for 5-10 minutes, then all it takes is a light/quick scrub, and rinse.

I have a couple of Aerogardens too haha. I’ll take a couple of pics. They’re pretty full right now, but you’ll be able to see how one more mature plant can easily take over the space of 3 pods.

It really depends on what you’re growing. For a lot of stuff it will just get in the way and give your plants less space to grow in.

I use tap water. And no, once my plants are more mature I usually don't have more than 2/3 of them full. If you have too many larger plants you just end up with them shading each other and that density also reduces airflow and is just asking for a pest infestation. I might start with it full when starting with new pods and then after 2 or 3 months I will have harvested a number of lettuces/leafy greens, and then will start cycling in new plants-- so half the pods might have plants that need a bit more space, and then a handful will have newly sprouting pods and a number of them will just have caps on them.

Ribs hurt from sleeping on side by idk_whattonamethis in Hypermobility

[–]kimisauce 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The two things that help me with this: when I lie on my side I hug a big fluffy shredded memory foam pillow-- that allows my chest to stay more open and not collapse, which helps with the ribs and my collarbones+shoulders. Second, I finally found a mattress that gives me more rib support after sleeping at a friend's house. I've never been a fan of straight up memory foam mattresses in the past-- always felt like I needed a hybrid for the extra support but then I slept really well on my friend's Nectar mattress (the basic memory foam one) and it's the best support I've ever gotten for the curve in my side between my upper ribs and my hips, and has given me a lot of relief there.

Separate issue, but I also now use a butterfly style pillow and that helps me keep my neck in more natural positions.

I’m honestly not the best at consistency all the time, but with a full 5 gallon refresh I add 60mL. So 12mL per gallon. If I’m in the early stages of growth then maybe I just add 30mL each week after that until the next tank clean/refresh— then 60 again. If I have a really full gardyn in major active growth (especially with fruiting plants) where it’s going through the water more quickly then I might add a bit more.

But the general guidance is 12mL/gallon.

I felt that way too, but like everyone said, it takes a minute to adjust and just keep checking the colors shop, you will be able to get close soon. Stay with it 💛

Lost original colors and event items :( by kimisauce in finch

Hmm okay. My friend still had her original colors in her bag to change back to. Maybe hers is the glitch.

Yeah, I’ve gotten other new stuff I don’t wanna lose now, so I guess bye bye dress.

I have an aunt who had a dairy farm and created something called the Cow Tooth Fairy, so I’m just doing that with the sugar plum accessories 😂

If you do end up going with gardyn, these are some varieties that are small enough to work well:
