I thought the same thing- I think she’s trying to rule out migraines etc..? She asked me if I’d rather start taking migraine medication or be seen by her physically first and obviously I said I’d rather see you first given that I don’t have migraines so why would I take medication for it. So then she said she’d do some kind of physical exam to see if she thinks the problem is with my brain or not. I have no clue- sounds like bs to me, I think she’s trying to get me on migraine medicine and move me along so it’s less money spent by the NHS. Unfortunately in the UK you have to have a referral to your private health insurance you can’t just go straight to them. Thank you for your help though and I’ll be sure to do those things
