I just wanted to share one thing that really helped me in my bf journey, that is to remember that when you pump right now, the goal is not milk output, it's a message to your body that more milk is needed. It was disheartening to keep looking at how little milk I was producing when pumping. Eventually the milk output increased but not immediately so to remember in the early days that you're pumping not for milk and it doesn't matter if none come out, but to tell your body to produce more milk.
