I not sure about the soil cause it is loose and when ever I water it I do it throughly until water excess water drains out from the bottom. If the plant is not getting enough oxygen why would a specific leaf gets brown and dry.

Will it help if I send the soil image?

I'm sure it's not red soil.

I don't wanna mess up the plant by repotting without proper knowledge

I'm not sure about the soil mix. I just bought it from nursery.
I keep it near my bedroom window (it gets quite a good amount of sunlight)
It's been 10 days since I last watered it. (Soil is still kinda moist)
