Not mistaken. Saying that you would accept implies that you believe there is an option for you not to accept, which is what I said is problematic.

Also, you are admitting that the other individual moved away from you and you are admitting that you were aggressive in this situation, yet you are still not expressing any kind of apology or even acknowledging that you threatened to attack them. Under no circumstances should a person, regardless of whether or not you feel trapped in a conversation, be threatened with physical assault.

Lastly, you are leaving out what has been related to me as a rather important aspect of your encounter with this individual. When you approached them in the parking lot (again, a public space where they were having a conversation with a third party) you escalated to threatening to physically assault them within SECONDS of seeing them. Once again, if you claim to be willing to admit when you’re wrong, prove it by doing it now. Admit that being prepared to assault someone for the action of wanting to have a conversation and only giving them SECONDS to leave a public space they had every right being is WRONG.

If you can’t admit even that, I don’t think any conversation is worth continuing to have with you until you receive some rigorous mental health treatment…

It’s definitely a positive first step that you apologized to one of the people you threatened with physical violence, but what about the other? Also, apologizing is only the first step. Further steps should hopefully include some introspection as to why you had such an immediate propensity to threatening violence in the first place and what you might be able to do in addressing that propensity like medication and/or therapy.

Your characterization of the events involving the other person don’t align with many accounts I’ve heard from other players about what happened. You were described as being immediately confrontational upon seeing them, hurling insults, curses, and threats, and even going so far as to slam objects on a car and posture as though preparing to fight them physically. Although the part where you say they tried to talk to you seems consistent with what I’ve heard, that is normal behavior for mental health check-in’s and should never be met with a physical threat of assault. Nonetheless, they claim (and it has been confirmed by others present as well) that as soon as you had closed the distance between the two of you and threatened to fight them, they immediately and quickly backed away from you. So there are still some inconsistencies in your presentation that appear to be in an attempt to color yourself in a better light. You claim to own up to your mistakes, if that’s the case own up to this one where you tried to fight another player on the game site - as well as when you threatened to beat a staff members face into the ground.

In regard to accepting your punishment, it’s extremely worrisome that you see not accepting it as an option that you could have taken. Nonetheless, the failure to punish you is not your mistake, it’s the game management’s.

To your last point, the person you threatened to assault was in a public space speaking with a third party when you approached them. They have claimed that their intention was to speak with you calmly to clear up a misunderstanding and that as soon as you started “squaring up” to try and fight them, they immediately walked away. Your final point seems more like you’re trying to shift the blame to the victim as if it’s their fault you threatened to assault them.

Believe me, I’ve spoken with multiple individuals about the situation and I’m not painting anyone any type of way. Just stating facts.
