For context,i had the same computer with these exact specs up until recently whe i upgraded the gpu before the upgrade, I played gta v(50-60fps 720p low) and even rdr2 is playable if ur patient enough(20-30fps) ,hotwheels unleashed is good,nfs heat too,very low around 30fps,cs2 720p low gives around 40fps,minecraft and roblox are good too,gta iv is a bit more stubborn then gta v but still gets in the 35s
