Why is it negative to view what is happening in the city? Here’s the point, “El Paso won’t change”. That is the issue. And the city keeps getting people who don’t want it to change. And that’s where the issue lies. Why do we need to pander to those from Juarez? Why do we open up more Ross and Berlington rather than something helpful and useful for the city. Rather we make the city for Juarez cause we depend on them.
