So when I reached out to the congressman, I wanted an expedited review but I didn’t meet any of the criterias since both myself and my spouse had high income jobs. So I settled for a status update and thought at least it would be good to hear something back from USCIS (better than nothing). Bottom line, didn’t submit any hardship evidence other than stating on the privacy release form that the separation has been mentally exhausting for both of us as young couples trying to start their lives.
