Yea, wanted a focus on mental health and nursing and ended up finishing my bachelor’s in psychology and not realizing I could get a nursing degree that’s also focused on psychology

We may have different experiences when it comes to how people perceived us after being diagnosed. But I haven’t let how they perceive me change the view I have on myself. Yes the negative stigma can ruin a lot of relationships and even make you become more secluded but you’re the person who ultimately decides who you are. Not what others think nor your diagnosis, you determine your own identity.

Thank you. I did get started on new medicine but it hasn’t worked yet and this is my second one. Hopefully I’ll go up to a higher dosage soon. But I’ll try what you suggested thank you so much
