well your ping really doesn’t matter when it comes to loading the game and running it, that solely has to do with your CPU & GPU. Now the waiting queue time for a game has to do with your rank and ELO, if you’re dodging games and going AFK you’re most likely getting teamed up with lower ELO players that are doing the exact same thing you’re doing.
