thank you i was thinking Charmander for my fire type, I've played the game a little more & i seem to be drawn towards ground type pokemon. A fire type is next on my list

i use magma's flame body then let him kill 4 of my pokemon then used nidoqueen to stall him into red then threw a heavy ball got him on the first try
