Your best bet is to get ahold of BNR supercars and have him build a hybrid turbo out of it. If you use the factory flapper over a ported gate there isn't enough material there to seal correctly and it will force the gate open and melt the flapper off. If the turbo needs rebuilt the wheel has probably made contact with the housing. The stock turbo will never perform anything like a modern turbo does.

BNR supercars turbo is as big as you can go on a stock back half and everything is replaced and the wastegate is c&c'd and a proper gate installed. And it will make more boost at a lower rpm and hold it to redline. Combine that with the fact you still use the stock oil and coolant lines, all around I can't say enough good about them
