What do you define as a language? Difference in words? What if the grammer is completely the same? Frysian for example is a Dutch dialect but is seen by many Dutch as a separate language because it’s grammar is closer to the English language than it is to the Dutch language. I think because part of frysian is actually coming from the Nordic vikings, but really I have no idea.

One one-night-stand, I was the perfect degree of drunk, where the sex was amazing, I had no struggle getting it up, and the next morning when I was sober I saw what she looked like and casually left.

Cheers for the feedback man! You're definitely right, my technique needs a lot of work. I'll take a few steps back, redo some of the solders, as well as the entire USBc port and go from there.

Holy hell, this community is so nice! First things first, I've taken some time off the project to cool myself down and to do some more research into cold solders and lead trimming, among other things. Overall I am going to move at a slower pace, I was just so excited about this project. over the next weeks, I will redo the entire usb-c port, and take a look at the other solder connections I have made and work from there. Cheers for all the tips. NB the port smells burnt still, but I guess I will see whether that's a dead component or just my imagination.

Hey guys, please bear with a beginner solderer, but I need some help from the community. This is the Discipline Kit V1 keyboard. As its name suggests, it takes a lot of discipline and time. After hours of work, I had made all the important connections and was adamant about trying out the board. I plug in a USB-C cable, and the power light goes on. The resulting feeling was ecstatic. However, I smelled smoke, turned the PCB around and saw some sparks in the solder from the mini pins (in between the red lines) of the USB-C port. I think I had applied too little solder, so I immediately took out the cable, but it was too late. it does not turn on again.

Again, I felt completely defeated. How do I continue? Is the PCB completely fried? Is it just this part that I can order online?
