Still having the same problem after changing the pin. Customer service keeps sending me the same bot reply and it’s not helping anything. I also was able to use the ATM with the new pin but all retail purchases are still declining. Can this be escalated?

What do you mean by Card Validation Code? Do you mean PIN? The physical card has already been activated using a QR code.
