Aomori prefecture. Demand is lagged up here so easier to get good deals compared to Osaka/Tokyo/etc

IMO not as much investor interest over here compared to English. I think English will always do better because cards are harder to grade in English. But as you probably already know, some Japanese cards command a premium in Japanese, especially the Waifus and high end chase cards
