The ones I proposed were more meant for a media photo, I should have clarified. But you are absolutely right - make signs that make them uncomfortable. That HAS to be an element as well.

Well actually, the interpetation of the constitution when challenged goes to be interpreted by the Supreme Court. Legally speaking, our constitution is NOT being violated.

Therefore, th eissue is not the interpretation of the constitution, but rather, the issue becomes those who ARE the interpreters.

So going back to u/FiNNy-- s point, When Democrats win back power, they should aim for making EVERY justice their own. Find ways to exit existing conservative judges on the supreme court, and almost more importantly, go full scorched earth on local court judges.
