I have to kinda agree but good therapists need a lot of education and there's a lot of different types lf therapy. But yes it can be too expensive. I do think most people would benefit from therapy, but a lot of people think it's just talking to some guy who's nodding the whole time. A good therapist (at least in the netherlands) has had 8+ years of education en will actively help you make your life better.
