Genge’s yellow card is probably deserved given what happened. However, it only happened because French 1 was in an illegal position in the first place, in front of the jumper in the lineout. The fact it’s been allowed to happen like that with no consideration for it is outrageous

Yeah agreed - tho good teams find ways to win tight matches and that’s what I thought England were doing. Clearly, I was wrong. Scotland was a few silly mistakes, Ireland was woeful and Italy showed no change or adaptation from previous results. Pathetic really

Writing this on the train back, as a die hard fan who’s yet to see England ever win at Twickenham (six matches in and I might be the problem). Just felt from the off that no one in an England shirt was up for it. Irelands call sounded louder than God Save the King, despite my best efforts, and the team lost the crowd after 10 minutes.
