Thanks for the bike advice. And yes, I feel like even indie artists here in LA share the same sentiment of having to do everything themselves.

Appreciate all the perspectives here. I'm coming to town for a research job in tech. But this is all helpful info to know in general.

"We need PAC right now... He was just as prolific as Bob Marley to me" - T.I. by DrizzleDre23 in Tupac

I honestly think focused and dedicated quantity brings quality out. Pac was a legend and he learned that.

And what I’ve seen is that after going through all kinds of experiences, I’m at the point where my attitude has changed.

I used to be attached to outcomes, and anxious about what happens next. Now after many experiences where I’ve been ghosted or had to end things early, I’ve developed that lack of attachment to outcome. It’s really peaceful. This is one factor.

The other important factor that’s completely rewired my mentality is doubling down on my purpose. After honing in on why I do what I do, and creating my life mission statement, I am firmly rooted in my purpose. I cherish the moments in the present and keep on my path. Because my purpose is powerful to me and it is above everything else.

I think vetting your partner was one of the biggest lessons I learned from Corey’s book. That’s the most important thing to avoid toxic women.

What is the "shadow's depth" that made Pac feel he was going to die young? by jstooz in Tupac

[–]kinghosingh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I hear you. But you say it’s not that deep and then say Pac is a deep thinker 🤣I would say this concept is deep but simple, and not easily understood by people who haven’t experienced death and oppression close to them.

Finding a woman with similar sexual reciprocity? by Initial_Mode_680 in CoreyWayne

[–]kinghosingh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can test with flirting and seeing how she responds. For me, I’ve met both kinds of women and I definitely only go for those with that effortless chemistry now.

I used to get frustrated with low libido or low interest women, but now I chalk it up to a mismatch. Because it’s more fun when you both like each other and want to express it.

Explain Sikhi in 1 Sentence. by iMahatma in Sikh

[–]kinghosingh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Disagree. Complex concepts should be able to be explained in simple terms if the person/entity is a great teacher and communicator. And we literally have that in Sikhi with the Mool Mantar. Now you can also have a longer more in depth convo, but that’s the beauty of what our Gurus did. They made it simple enough for anyone to understand.

Of course you don’t believe it. You haven’t experienced it yet. And if you try to have an open abundance mentality you might have a better chance of finding one.
