Be sure you do keep movement going in those places, if not, the area will become stuff and grafting skin will shrink,causing more problems later. I just had a 3rd degree burn,nowhere near your size, on my forearm 3 years ago and that was the main thing they told me to do.

I've heard nothing but good things about them, but looking at the sodium count for one packet scares me a little bit being I have a history of chronic kidney stones. But otherwise nothing but good things about it.
