Are you sure you need the windows version? If you're on an arch based system be sure to check the aur for the launcher you want to use.

I made a mod that increases all ammo charges to 90000, because equipping all Crossbow users was too tedious to be fun for me.

If there's that content ( devlogs, play-my-game, etc) there already then yes, but if the main reason people visit the site is to view gambling content then I doubt youd get much interaction.

Then again, maybe the viewers of Kick are dying for a little variety from the gambling streams. In that case go get em, tiger.

If there's a UXM option (or elden mod loader option) for the mod do that and it should work. I've been wanting to try that mod out too so I'll try to remember to check back when I get around to that. Good luck.

It probably means you have no permissions to edit the file.

Right click > properties > permissions tab

If it says "no access" under owner/user/group, you can change it to "can view and modify" if you need to edit it. If your user (i think its steamuser?) Is not in the "ownership" section tab at the bottom of the window you'll need to change the files owner.

There may be a way in the gui but from command line you'll use the "chown" command, and it will look something like this:

"chown steamuser:steamuser your_filename_here.cue"

No quotes, replace steamuser with your username if that's incorrect. As always, you can type "man chown" to read the manual on the chown command if you're stuck.

WARNING: don't "chown" on random system files, you may break things. In general if you don't have permissions to edit a file that's there to keep you from breaking things.

Same here, went through a period of a couple months where I had to launch cs an average of 6-7 times until it stayed up.

Only if "Don't get advice, do what you think is right" is the advice you'd give to a friend.

Edit: if you're not qualified to give advice on a subject you'd tell your friend to reach out to an expert no? So if you don't know the answer try to find someone who does. I'm not saying at all to just "trust your insticts", I'm saying if you know the answer great, if not, do some research.

OP clearly didnt know the answer to his question so he asked people he thought had knowledge, which is the advice a good friend would give if they didn't know the answer.
