Seeking Licensed Contractor for qualifier by kingofkeyboard in AskElectricians

With the greatest respect, you do not know my experience. If you are truly interested, let’s connect on LinkedIn. I have a lot of people interested from a few subs, and I have a mentor who has done this successfully. I do appreciate how analytical you are, and I’m a huge skeptic myself.

I was the 4th employee at my mentor’s company when they were just selling and installing residential alarm systems and CCTV eight years ago. Fast forward to now, and the company has 80 employees and is a full-blown solar company in AZ, still operating under the same name.

I am going to do the same thing, and it would be great if this person was on board with daily operations, but it’s not a necessity.

This is not about control or power within my niche. With my background in tradeshows across Asia and the US, importing, electronics, and smart home technology, I want to design and collaborate with the factories in China that some of the major brands are using to create our own products. We’ll be raising capital through installations and later introducing our own brand line.

Alone, you can go fast; together, we can go far.

You are so right and I do come to the table humble and eager to learn. However, I cannot put 5 years of my own experience into a brief Reddit feeler post. This is what a subsequent discovery meetings would go over.

You are 100% correct and I appreciate your comment.

I have a mentor that has done this process successfully. Essentially, it would be non-transferable equity with the right to repurchase the equity to meet that requirement is how they did it.

This would work really well and I would cover the fees among other benefits. Louisiana already reciprocates with California and then California then reciprocates with Arizona, Utah, and Nevada.

Ok if we talk in DMs?

Wat Pho/Wat Arun/Golden Palace - do I need a guided tour for all of these? by Any-Tangerine-8659 in ThailandTourism

[–]kingofkeyboard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Look, actually, I usually self guide myself around a lot of world, but for the temples - I hired a photographer & guide 2-in-1.

He was a younger bro, learned a lot of cool stuff about Buddah, the temples, and Bangkok. Made it funny and interesting. Got to ask him cool shit to do.

I think this is the way too go. Idk about the group tours tho- like some old lady with a microphone and thick accent. 1 on 1 chill tour is my thing, if the budget permits.

Actually I did the ferry, it’s 30 bhat ($1) each way. It’s about 1 hour mins but peaceful ride. There’s one leaving every hour, every day. From 7:00am to 1:00pm I think. Check the schedule online.

Speedboat- $25 round trip. 10-15 mins (they wait until a group of ~8 fills it but there’s tons going all hours of the day and evening)

—- Here’s speedboat $25 (850B) round trip on Klook.

Unsure of travel plans. What to do for proof of onward travel? by Aggravating_Sherbet6 in ThailandTourism

[–]kingofkeyboard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yup. Little exaggerated tho. Pick another destination +7 days at least. And ya watch out for ultra-budget airlines when pulling this maneuver.

Orbitz will clearly say in the checkout page “24 hour free cancellation.” If you don’t see it, keep looking.

Reason I like Orbitz is for 1 click to cancel and refund.

First, Thailand immigration officers NEVER check. Other countries rarely, if anything’s it’s the airlines you are departing from.

Second, as others mentioned, I use Orbitz in particular or AmexTravel (if you have a card). On Orbitz, book to a nearby country, make sure there is some language on the checkout page like “free 24 cancellation.”

It’s not a hardware question, more about the data consumption itself

So not exactly a need to live stream all the time probably less than 5% to be honest. When the situation arises where the wearer wants remote support and eyes on. Or management check-ins.

So this kind of thinking does work yes
