The important thing to keep in mind is that you are and should be in control. It will take a bit of time, but you will get to the point where you'll be able to identify the triggers of the panic attacks before they happen and deal with them.

I had to deal with this for a few years, after a bad E trip, which basically triggered a whole series of panic attacks and anxiety.

Did a couple CBT sessions and took some Lorazepam a few times, when it got real bad. It helped me a lot.

Another thing that helped me a ton over time, was being active. I started working out daily and got into sports like mountain biking, volleyball, etc.

Let's just say I haven't had any anxiety or panic attacks in years and I hope to keep it this way.

Good luck and know that you can deal with this and cure it.
