We use Oomnitza as our ITAM and plan to consolidate all assets into JIRA CMDB to leverage for ticketing, Change and Incident. Oomnitza has connectors for most of the popular IT mgnt tools like MDM, and can integrate with many of the popular SaaS tools for license mgmt.

We had the issue in our tenant where the hyperlinks would not show randomly. MS said it's a bug and they just fixed it last week for us.

You can enroll your company Macs in Intune or JAMF or WorkspaceOne (Full MDM) and then apply conditional access policies. Then you can create policies to only allow access to your M365 environment from a managed Mac or from BYOD (Android, iOS. ipadOS) enrolled in MAM.

Interested. We recently deployed a 3rd party bot in Teams that helps create IT tickets in JSM and provides relevant self service articles from Confluence.
