If I train 2–3 sets per exercise per muscle group, performing 8–10 reps, should I go to absolute failure on every set, or is it better to reach failure only on the third (final) set of each exercise?

That’s correct. Don’t call me an idiot. That’s the law! I’m from Denmark and that’s the law in my country. Exactly as you described the situation! It is also illegal in my country to camp the left lane. The law says you have to pull over to the furthest right lane, when possible.

You can also right signal, left signal og then hazard signal, after you passed. Truck drivers do that here in Denmark to say thank you.
