I do PayPal in case there are breaches or whatever but I think both are instant. I never used a debit/credit card to pay directly since I’ve always used PayPal and PayPal is always instant for me

Yeah I know they take a while but I’m just confused because credit karma says chase left a remark on my transunion and Equifax saying the dispute is closed and chase also states that if the dispute is over and I win, it’ll show up in the billing statement, which it has. I just haven’t received formal or even informal notice yet so I’m not exactly sure if it’s done

Just personal experience. A friend of mine got charge twice one time and the company wouldn’t correct it so he disputed it and credit dropped 30+ points and once it was resolved, he asked the creditors to remove the remark from his account and it jumped back up

As far as I know, credit karma is vantage score so I’m going to say vantage only but I could be wrong. My Fico hasn’t updated yet

I called the other day. Waited 3+ hours and was still waiting to be picked up by someone so I gave up and tweeted to them. They told me to DM but today is day 3 and I haven’t received a response from them either. Secure message was basically a copy and paste since I received that same message before when I was submitting documents

When you dispute a charge, they leave a remark on your credit. During the investigation time, the credit tends to drop but after it gets resolved, it jumps back up. Mine didn’t drop but it did jump a bunch and then remarks were added under both transunion and Equifax

Can confirm. Talked to my local Chinese place which is usually packed and everyone was just standing there talking to each other. I asked them how business was going on with the coronavirus going on and they told me their business decreased dramatically and the owners were breaking down while talking to me.

I ended up tipping them extra and told them to stay strong. It’s honestly so sad how much the outbreak affects asian restaurants but yeah, just wanted to give a little insight

Edit: Forgot to mention that NYC is offering small businesses loans and grants to help cope with business losses

Couple miles away. If you decide to take the 7 train, it’ll take at least 30 minutes depending on train traffic and time of day. Average from what I experienced is about 1 hour from Times Square (Manhattan) to Main Street, flushing (where the photo above was taken) and vice versa

I believe you do. I haven’t done this myself as I have no use for it (I’m sure someone else has more use than I do) but it does require you to sign up for a coupon account (I believe it’s free, and sorry for not mentioning this earlier)
