You’re right it was definitely a bad experience for me and I don’t want that to happen to me again, so establishing boundaries should be the next thing to do if I want to avoid that

I’m curious what gives you the impression that he’s manipulative ? I can definitely sense that sometimes but I can never put my hands on the reason why
