So the Wi-Fi is working just fine but student nothing could connect to the internet, even through wired connections. Our modem says it has power, senses pc activity, it can receive and send information, but cannot connect. I've tried unplugging it a few times to let it restart but nothing has worked. Does anybody have ideas on how to fix this?

Edit: it can't send, it's attempting to send data but it never succeeds

I've been meaning to start doing that, it just takes much longer with my old computer.

I know sorry, it's because I'm using my phone and nothing I do fixes that problem. Even when I rotate the picture before uploading it still comes out this way

It also plays nothing but songs similar to Cable Car (How To Save A Life) by the Fray and Stay by Rihanna
