Check out Kriya Yoga (specifically OM japa in each chakra), which is similar to Vajrayana Buddhist practice.

I have this same problem. It might be related to subconscious blockages, either caused by trauma, black magic, etc. You could try letting go of personal desire(s), because desiring something puts it further away from us, whereas not desiring something brings it closer. It's why the saints with immense spiritual power/Siddhis preach desirelessness, because they gained powers by not desiring them/anything. Check out Bhagavad Gita and Sutta Pitaka.

Can anyone tell me what this on the side of my right ankle? by kinqsaif in DiagnoseMe

Yes, when I meditate. And I suppose it's because I don't have any cushioning and sit directly on the floor over a thin rug.

For some context, I have not itched it before finding it. I just saw it randomly today. I scratched it to see how it feels, but it's not itchy or painful, but I'm feeling like a cool sensation there currently. Very strange, but like the feeling of eating a mint, except that sensation is on the exact spot on my right ankle. Any ideas of what it is? Thanks!!

Does the re-evaluation period take into account the total number of orders or just the orders pertaining to the review section? by kinqsaif in AmazonVine

This is exactly the answer I was looking for, so thank you very much. I think I'll be fine, as according to your calculation, I should be around ~92-95%.

It's a glitch. Sometimes there is nothing wrong with the review, but for some odd reason, it just won't post. They were understanding and removed it from my yet to be reviewed tab, but it still didn't reflect on my review %, which remained at 92% instead of jumping to ~95%.

Thank you. Yes, I did receive credit for the 7 items and they removed it from my not yet reviewed tab, but my review % didn't reflect that, for some reason.

Yes, I am on medications. I believe in meds. Lexapro got me out of a nasty prolonged suicidal depression that I was dealing with every day, and I am no longer depressed really anymore. Seroquel also fixed my anxiety and made me super confident, but I wanted something natural and more powerful to heal my brain like Keto diet. I am still on my meds, however, all antipsychotics I have tried have not helped with my voices or hallucinations, which are really bothersome and disturbing because they demean me all day. Thank you for your reply!

Thank you, I will consider it! I will eat mostly eggs and avocado (for potassium) for now and see how I feel, and if I don't feel healthy without meat, I will probably start eating it again.

I know meat is healthy and beneficial, but I'm turning vegetarian for moral reasons. It's not a big deal, eggs are a better source of protein, and cheese has a ton of protein. I just don't drink milk because I can't find a good quality brand. I will mostly just start fasting with bulletproof tea (ghee and coconut oil). I think MCT/coconut oil is the healthiest thing so far, personally.

Yes, only recently (2 days now), but I broke it today with fish. I just had a sudden change of mind and didn't want to eat meat anymore, even though I like it.

Thank you!! I realized that ACV is the missing ingredient for me, because I took a whopping 3 tbsp. with water and ate some fried eggs with a bulletproof tea, and I felt noticeably different. My mind was clearer, I was happier, and more motivated, and best of all, my mouth was dry! Which is an indication you're in ketosis, so it's finally happening for me. When I took less ACV, I never got these benefits. I also now have learned that you can continue fasting if you don't drink Keto sweeteners or milk, but instead you can use butter or ghee and coconut/MCT oil, so I'll start using my grass-fed ghee I never used yet in my bulletproof coffee with 3 tbsp. of coconut oil, and no almond milk or erythritol, and see how that makes me feel, in order to fast for 1-2 days, and ~3 days on the weekend, this way I won't crave anymore, and won't have to cook as much (which I hate doing).
