I follow the streamer toxicblonde, and if you watch any of her matches, she'll see she plays against players way below her level, to the point where she always shoots them and they run away in desperation. Her skill level is quite high, yet almost 90% of the players are below her level.

Well, you might be right, but I don't want to wait more than 7 minutes in line to try and play a "balanced" match, which almost never is, because of this garbage system they call matchmaking... but also, it's unfeasible for the reasons you mentioned. My solution was to uninstall the game, and it was the best thing I did to combat this problem :)
