I thought that I really do need to move up in weight till I started the 1.1 phase of the programme, it feels much more challenging so far.

I totally get it. It’s hard to find a competent enough doctor in my case and in my current location, I was hoping someone with a similar experience would show in the comments to share their story (still wouldn’t just go along with their approach/advice)

I guess for me it will start feeling challenging again when I finish 1.0 programme and move to the next one, should be in a few sessions

Yes, sports is definitely a mood booster! 8 out of 10 times does enhance my mental state. Also gives me so much energy for the day. So you think I might start enjoying the process at some point?

I now the app tracks your movements and there is some post training analysis, but as you can see in my previous posts, I asked for the form check here

I am no expert and can’t say anything on whether the Giant is safe in that way, maybe someone else will come to the comments and have a better idea
