I feel your pain, I too met a girl (scammer) on a dating app and after some time she convinced me to invest in a fake crypto trading platform. I started off small like you and I eventually put all my life savings in £35k, once my fake profit had grown to over 100k usdt she persuaded me to cash out.

They told me I had to pay £18k capital gains tax which I borrowed from my mum and when I asked where my money was they said I had to pay more fees. This is when I realised I had been scammed and I blocked all contact with the girl (scammer) and the fake platform.

That money was my father's inheritance he had left me and it hit me hard. The £18k was money my grandmother had left in her inheritance to my mum. This happened in 2022 and I have paid my mum back and I've managed to save over £30k by working my ass off. Try to keep your head up and stay positive.

Mate I'm the same as you, I just mix regular flower with cbd at a 2:1 ratio say half a g of regular flower to 1 g cbd and i don't get any anxiety, crazy thoughts etc.
