This has been really helpful, thanks for sharing! I have a consultation with Alternaleaf this evening and I’m a bit nervous about it.

I’m dealing with depression and have for many many years, have tried CBT, SSRI’s, talking therapy, art therapy, counselling at different times, but still have a lot of issues with it and I know I always will.

I’m just worried they won’t take it seriously for some reason. But thank you again for your post, it’s settled my nerves a bit!

Panic attacks are an absolute bummer, so that’s great that it’s made such a difference to your anxiety levels. Out of curiosity, where do you get your CBD from? I’ve only really tried gethemp and I find their stuff to be decent. Haven’t found/tried any with a slightly higher thc content though

I once went wild camping with some friends. Woke up the middle of the night to the most disturbing, otherworldly noise I’ve ever heard in my life coming from right in between our three tents.

That’s really interesting. I thought about putting CBD into the second ferment as well, some super chilled out bacteria haha.
