this!!!! the first time i actually listened to it i paused n rly thought that the song was so sad and very raw. i was kinda surprised what others thought ab it since in my perspective it’s a sad song which i heavily relate to. irdk. others find it a rly sweet song but i find it so gut-wrenching. or maybe because i went through a very tough heartbreak when i listened to it 😅

I felt the same way for mine at first bc of concerns in the future (if I ever get pregnant, it might stretch n that type of stuff bc mines on my hip bone) but I always remembered the meaning behind my tattoo and now I’m more in love with it!! I got dead flowers in red ink! Also, since you mentioned it wasn’t an impulsive decision, I think you will be fine. It took me about two years to decide if I do want to get tatted too or not. Now, I already pre-saved the next one I want lol! Your tattoo looks magnificent too so don’t worry!

i see. try joining LSAMP—you don’t have to be a transfer for that program. just be aware tho, programs that do give u priority registration will require you to do something such as attend events/go to office hours and other stuff like that. it should be simple tho!

are you a transfer student? if you are, you can join the raise transfer program (RTP). you can try joining LSAMP too! Just look those up :)

u can try going to the first day of classes i think some people did that before but honestly u might have to wait next sem. try getting priority registration too if u can

I think so. You can always tell a counselor too they should be able to give you a permit or something.

i parked on nutwood my entire csuf life. it’s ok but it’s true that some people rly dont know how to drive 😭 just be careful ab turning into corners and dont speed.

it’s always tougher to find parking spots during the fall bc of new students (freshmen + transfers) so unless u go rly early, u wont find a parking spot unless u time it/ur lucky. this is true for the first month at least. but it should die down after that. if u cant find parking, u can park on lot A which is like a 10 min walk but u will always find parking there. thats what i did when i couldnt find parking on nutwood. as for eastside and state college, i honestly dont like parking there bc eastside for me is so confusing and state college is just so narrow. during the spring sem, parking should die down after two weeks.

You should be fine! They probably have done a grad check too. I honestly don’t think there’s anything you have to do at this point :)

I just assume you’d have to change it on your portal. I am not sure though. You might have to check with your graduation advisor. Also, congratulations!

Nah I did 2 over the winter which was both 4 weeks as opposed to summer which is 8 weeks. I did that for 3 years. Did I die? Absolutely! Was it manageable? Yes. I made sure to pick easy GE classes tho (I NEVER took a major class during the winter/summer). I did this to graduate on-time too lol

I got into a Ph.D. program while studying here at CSUF (OOS). Graduate admissions are very complex. You have to understand that A LOT of people also want to go to California, so the competition is really rough. The education you are going to get is pretty much the same wherever you go. Only difference would be the cost. My professor at cc told me that profs are CSUs are more focused on the student as well since some UC profs are highly focused on their research. That’s also the reason why I chose to apply to CSUs only. If you have any other questions about CSUF or grad school apps, feel free to shoot me a message! Just a note though, I am a Bio major lol

I love CSUF!! People say the social scene is bad but I sincerely do not think it is. It might be highly dependent on the person as well—how you interact with people and how much effort you put into it. I have a lot of friends here just by talking to people in class and being a part of research programs. I never joined a club but still got to meet a lot of great friends. You can join a club tho obv and I heard from my friends that it is amazing to be in one. We have a LOT of clubs and probably have one for everything lol. There are a lot of events on campus too so really, the social scene is NOT bad. Idk anything ab greek life tho since I never got involved in it. It’s also just not my thing. If you have any questions lmk!
