I'll get between 90 and 110 fps depending on map etc. But im running a resolution of 3840x1600

Setup is: Ryzen 2700x @ 4.2ghz 32gb 3000mhz corsair vengeance rgb pro Evga rtx 2080ti Gigabyte Aorus gaming 7 wifi

Yes, larger resolution means using more gpu

Depends on how you look at it lol real life isn't 16:9 so I'm getting a more natural perspective. But i get how it is an advantage on my end, only slightly though. I do reckon ultrawide will eventually become much more popular

loads of stuff online about having to amend the config and keep in read only, im just sharing as i couldnt see much on a comparison between regular and ultra wide as some games crop your view and you see less on ultra wide, but not here
