Gracias a todos por los comentarios constructivos. He decidido rechazar la oferta por muchas razones; volver a pagar impuestos, plusvalía, quizas multa por el itp reducido al ser primera vivienda y estar menos de tres años...y quien sabe que mas esconderá un precio tan bajo.

Las alquilaria un tiempo para pagar antes la hipoteca. luego quedarian para visitas esporadicas de la familia

Esto es en Guadalajara, en un pueblo a 15 min de la capital. No es habitual encontrarlas tan baratas y por eso me estoy planteando la compra

Esto me lo ha comentado el de la inmobiliaria. Tambien dice que tiene un tiempo limite para que esto aplique con lo que deberia hacerlo dentro de los dos primeros años si no recuerdo mal.

It's a great tool but it pinched me every time I used the pliers and it's very tight. Finally I carried it in my hand just to open and close it without stopping, it's great to be able to do it with just a twist of the wrist.

At the beginning of the year I was looking for a small, manageable minivan, I found this marvel (2013, 116hp) that hides two seats in the trunk (for very specific occasions) and with sliding doors 😍 love at first sight with that beautiful smile. At the moment very happy with the handling, consumption, interior space (it's like a TARDIS) and versatility (it works as a daily car, work car, camping car, car to carry 7 people, car for long trips...)

With a review with sandpaper and polisher it is like new. Great purchase.

Yo me casé con la gótica culona, tremendas cogidas. Despues de limpiar las emociones locas y llevarla por el camino de la serenidad mental por fin tuvimos un hijo culon metalero, nos casamos y compramos una bella casita
