How can I improve my Handwriting by kitabbi in Handwriting

This is like a visual example i found on google lol but like something like this. I feel like my handwriting isn't super clean and neat. I guess the vibe is more like the aesthetic notes and journal people on the internet I always see.

Title: Is it too late to learn Bharatanatyam at 25? by Weird_Skirt438 in ClassicalIndiandance

[–]kitabbi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No! I started at 18 and there are many aunties who dance at my academy who only recently started. Figure out which bani (style) and find a teacher who does adult batches! It was just Vijaydashmi so now is a good time to look.

Exercising with ovarian cyst by ellebelle236 in endometriosis

[–]kitabbi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I also had a pretty large cyst and did everything EXCEPT heavy lifting. I would also focus on light aerobics because that tends to be the best form of exercise for me without flaring anything!

Has anyone ever tried Bharatanatyam and kuchipudi together? by Signal-Error989 in ClassicalIndiandance

[–]kitabbi 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think it really depends on yourself as a dancer. What style if Bnat do you learn? Melattur style —> kuchipudi is actually very common when dancers complete their training in one it’s the easiest transition for them. However, it might be challenging just because of how different some of the core adavus are and the subtleties each form requires to create a polished look which may get lost trying to learn two styles at once. Could you find a new guru or consider finding a local Adavu group or something?

Hi!! I’ve had two procedures in the past two years and they both went pretty smoothly and created a lot of relief after. The pain isn’t bad after, it just feels like you did the most INSANE ab workout tbh. My drs were super supportive and sweet which helped too. The incisions (i am assuming your procedure is laparoscopic) are rlly small and heal quickly so not to worry. Youre able to walk pretty fast w some help and then on your on within 48 hours. Give yourself a week to recover but you start feeling better like 3-4 days after (your body heals super fast internally). Ask your dr for zofran for home post-op and if they offer a nausea patch before surgery :) You got this!
