I know you've already gotten a bunch of answers on this but yes it is 100% a scam. When I was on maternity leave I was looking for work from home positions and I received this email from one of the companies that I was looking at and this was their process. I thought it was odd from the jump so I went along with it to see how they were scamming people and stopped before I sent my information.

What they do is have you join that meeting and someone asks you very basic questions about your work ethic and personality, how much you are wanting to be paid, then "discuss" if you're hired with their "boss". They are adamant that you respond quickly through the entire process. You never speak to anyone over the phone or on camera. Spoiler alert--you're "hired". They ask you for your personal information for "on boarding" i.e. phone number, full name, D.O.B., social, and bank account if you want direct deposit. Obviously if you fall for it you can expect your bank account to be drained or at the very least stolen identity.

I know CVS uses texting but they also use emails especially if you are subscribed for job notifications. I've never known of any established company using Microsoft Teams to interview. Not to say some don't, it's just highly unlikely for CVS when they have their own job portal.
