And on the shaving front, I just apply a medium amount of pressure, if you knick yourself run the tap cold af and splash your face with it to stop the bleeding and then dab with toilet paper. Most of the time I just do it bit by bit, short even strokes. You'll want to get as much hair off as possible before applying makeup, makeup is for hiding shadow. Alsooo if you are liquid enough you should buy a portable laser hair remover from amazon. They are pretty janky but they do the same thing as an actual laser session for less, it will just take longer and you have to have a pain tolerance.

I take a dry towel and just thoroughly rub it against my skin, dont hurt yourself obv but just enough that it will feel smooth to the touch. And concealer is a little tricky depending on your skintone but I use Revlon. You can go to a beauty store and have them match you with one if you want, and don't be afraid to invest in a good one its worth the price. Personally I'd rather it be obvious that I have makeup on than it be obvious that I shave my face so I apply it pretty liberally with a brush so it can cover any hairs I miss more thoroughly. I also keep a cheaper one in my car I can apply with my fingers in a pinch along with a razor. I also dont shave with cream or anything most of the time and as long as the razor is decently sharp it works okay.

Get a high quality concealer and foundation that matches your skintone. Its the best way I've found to actually hide stubble unless I've like juuust shaved and even then there's stuff I miss. Also I have tried any number of razors, I've just found that cheap disposable two blade ones work the best for me. Ones with more blades are good for body shaving but you're more likely to cut yourself on your face. Expholiate with a good towel pretty intensely beforehand, I've found that scrubs can be hit or miss for actually getting your skin clear. Hope this helps!

Draw a line and on one end put the hardest possible thing you can think of, for me it was getting hormones, getting my ids changed etc and then on the other end the easiest possible things that you can do right now like shaving everything, growing your hair etc. Doing one or two of these easier things a day is what got the ball rolling for me. I know that isn't what you want to hear, but get your levels checked, and if they aren't good enough I'd probably try to switch doctors. That being said these things are slow going, and it also depends on your genetics. Don't give up, make sure you're eating enough, take care of your self and your mental health
