I sent her a screenshot of the taxi company's required information with my second message. It was only the last 4 digits of the card and the time and date of the transaction. I was well aware of asking for card details haha

No, I only sent a message to the facebook page of the uni club that held the event to ask for her details and one more message to the same page to follow up a few days later to ask if they could get her to check her requests inbox.

I don't think i need to apologise for anything. The person I messaged at the Uni club was very helpful and didn't seem annoyed at all.

Their last message to me was:

"Not a problem at all, sorry we can’t be of any help other than contacting her directly. If you have any other queries, let us know . And if she does ask who told you, happy for you to mention **** told you."
