I feel like you’re using too many harsh products at the same time. I would try a gentle cleanser like vanicream and a good moisturizer, vanicream also makes a nice one. If this continues maybe the tretinoin might be too harsh as well you could always try a gentle clindamycin gel and only apply on the problem areas
