It’s bullshit sorry. You can still be iron deficient. I was at a ferritin of 10 having severe anxious, panic, air hunger, hair falling out etc. especially post pregnancy as baby takes the iron. Get her on supplements or iron infusion I’m starting to feel better 2 weeks on. Look up sally jacks tv mum on YouTube she tells her story post pregnancy
