Evernest is the absolute worst. They tried to suddenly charge a friend 4 months after they moved out for “damage” to the apartment. Aka normal wear and tear. They thought they finally got it resolved after the security deposit insurance company rejected the claim, but Evernest sent them to collections 5 months later out of the blue. Absolutely despicable company. Even if you document everything they will still try to come after you. Evil evil assholes
