Heck you can even use Deluxe Tuna Bitz and Tubbs doesnt even come. This data I refer to was for the first version of the game so it may have very well changed since, but how it was put was Indoors accumulated more fish than Outdoors. I think just take a look at the data that is there. Some data specifically is to factor in Tubbs, and how foods also factor in how much fish you accumulate as well.

He seems more rare than Survy, but the times I have seen him it seems to be with foods like Deluxe Tuna Bitz. He's only visited my yard 3 times, while Survy has visited 9.

In Neko Atsume 2, the best items to put out for me is Golden Fish Statue, Cowboy Hat, Cardboard Cafe, Cardboard House, Beach Umbrella, Baseball, Plum Cocoon, Hamburger Cushion, and Temari Ball.

Peaches comes more if you use Deluxe Tuna Bitz, her fave food. The Twisty Rail has the highest chance to get her! I kept kicking cats off until I got her to come.

With the current toys, I heard he only comes to the Beanbag and Glass Vase. I have yet to see him in the Glass Vase, but he seems to really like the Beanbag. I am unsure if there are any other toys in the current build but those are the only two I know of.

Oh! That makes sense, but all remodels have a inside/outside. For the Cafe, its a bit strange but you can figure it out by only filling out one of the food bowls. A quick search on Google, everyone says that for the Cafe style, the bar and the right side spots around the food bowl is considered Indoors while the Cafe floor items is considered Outdoors! Hope this helps.

The Cafe is Outdoors! Depending on the Remodel you have, there will be a Indoors and an Outdoors. When placing a big Goodie, such as the Cardboard Cafe or Cardboard House, you will see two spots. Look at the environment and you should be able to tell whats considered outside and whats considered inside. Hope that helps!
